Looking to take your songwriting career further? The biennial APRA Professional Development Awards exist to provide support to emerging songwriters and composers.
Three awards will be given out, with each recipient receiving a game-changing $10,000 cash prize to support their development. It is expected that the funds will help recipients attend workshops, music education courses, composer seminars, co-writing sessions and other relevant activities - locally or internationally.
PLEASE NOTE: These awards are not intended to fund recording or touring activities, nor are they intended to fund marketing, promotion, or video making. They are intended to support your creative development to become a better songwriter/composer/musician/artist through education, collaboration, and opportunities to be mentored or trained.
