A big congratulations to the songwriters who made it to the finalist round of the prestigious International Songwriting Competition (ISC).
The 2021 instalment of the ISC is the 20th anniversary of the competition, with even more prizes up for grabs.
ISC has announced the 2021 finalists for the competition, which includes a fantastic representation from Australia and New Zealand.
Previous winners in the high profile competition include: The Presets, Gotye, Kimbra, Missy Higgins, Matt Corby, David Le'aupepe, Kasey Chambers, Gin Wigmore, Flight Facilities, Augie March, Guy Sebastian, Sarah Blasko, Troy Cassar-Daley, Kate Miller-Heidke, Jebediah and many more.
In honor of its 20th year anniversary, ISC has increased its overall prize package to $225,000 in cash and prizes to be shared by a total of 71 winners in 23 genre categories. The overall Grand Prize package has also been increased to almost $70,000 and includes $25,000 (US) cash plus merchandise and services.
