This year’s APRA and AMCOS Annual General Meetings (AGMs) will be held on Tuesday 22 November 2022. In recognition of the ongoing Covid situation, it is anticipated that there will be only limited physical attendance at the AGMs. Members are encouraged to attend online. Members attending online will be able to participate fully in the meeting.
The AGMs are a chance for you to hear about how APRA and AMCOS performed during the 2022 financial year and ask questions of the Boards and management.
From today, eligible APRA and AMCOS members will receive details about attending and participating in the AGMs and voting in the Board elections.
Voting for the election of directors to the APRA and AMCOS Boards will once again be conducted prior to the AGMs. Voting will close at 5pm on Tuesday 15 November.
The results of the elections will be announced at the AGMs on Tuesday 22 November 2022 and published on the APRA AMCOS website.
APRA New Zealand writer members, please note: This year, only one nomination was received for the vacant position of New Zealand Writer Director on the APRA Board. Bic Runga, incumbent New Zealand Writer Director and nominee, will therefore be declared as elected to the APRA Board at the 2022 AGM. Accordingly, this year New Zealand writer members are not required to vote in the election of directors to the APRA Board.
