Entries for the 2022 Pacific Music Awards are now open to all Pacific artists who have released singles, EPs or albums during the calendar year 1 January - 31 December 2021.
The 2022 Pacific Music Awards will celebrate Pacific music, bringing our communities together to honour our past, present and future Pacific artists. The Pacific Music Awards Trust affirms their commitment to the awards and Pacific music, acknowledging how important it is, in these challenging times, to match the resilience of our artists, with the annual awards event. The Pacific Music Awards Trust aim to hold an in-person event for the 2022 awards ceremony following two years of online events. Save the date! Thursday 4 August 2022 at the Vodafone Events Centre.
Entries for the 2022 Pacific Music Awards are open now. Pacific artists who have released singles, EPs or albums released for sale, during the calendar year of 1 January – 31 December 2021; will be eligible to enter into any category including the APRA Best Pacific Song Award. All nominations need to be submitted online through the entry system, with entries due by Friday 6 May 2022.

The Pacific Music Awards Trust are also continuing their Tautua Programme, to provide support to Pacific artists. In the plans are online and in person workshops, providing a bridge between Pacific artists and music industry organisations; as well as mentoring and artist development support for artists.
