APRA AMCOS hosted two virtual annual general meetings from Sydney on Tuesday 22 November 2022.
On the APRA Board, writers Jenny Morris and Bic Runga, and publishers Andrew Jenkins and Damian Trotter retained their positions.
Jenny Morris and Damian Trotter were named as Chair and Deputy Chair of the APRA Board.
On the AMCOS Board, Directors Clive Hodson, Andrew Jenkins and Simon Moor retained their positions.
Jaime Gough and Matthew Capper were named as Chair and Deputy Chair of the AMCOS Board.
The APRA and AMCOS Boards both approved Marianna Annas as Alternate Director for Andrew Jenkins, and Craig Monagle as Alternate Director for Matthew Capper.
