Fan Camp is an immersive five-day collaborative songwriting camp held at BIG FAN. The week is to encourage collaboration and exploration of composing with other musical creatives with no commercial expectations or obligations. Vol. 2 Pasifika offers a total of 9 spots available for songwriters, instrumentalists, producers, vocal performers, and musically minded creatives of Pacific descent.
What's on offer:
Fan Camp provides each successful applicant with:
the opportunity to write songs in collaboration with other artists, songwriters, producers, and musicians at BIG FAN for five days
a per diem to acknowledge your time for the week
lunch and beverages each day
a contribution towards travel and accommodation for one successful individual applicant residing outside of Tāmaki Makaurau

Eligibility: Who can apply?
Artists, songwriters, producers, vocal performers, musicians wanting to take part in collaborative songwriting.
Open to citizens and residents across Aotearoa, of Pacific descent or active within the Pacific music community
Over the age of 18 by the start of Fan Camp (20 November 2023)
Demonstrate desire and passion for collaborative songwriting
No prior experience required
