2021 APRA Silver Scroll Awards | Kaitito Kaiaka postponed to March 3

APRA Silver Scrolls 2021

We’ve been looking at all developments and working out what our plans are for the Silver Scroll Awards | Kaitito Kaiaka – not just about what’s possible, but what feels wise and safe in current circumstances.

One of the key reasons we do the Silver Scroll Awards each year is in order to bring finalists, performers, and members together, in order to connect and celebrate music. So being able to physically get together is an important part of the event. However, while the awards are important to us, so is the safety of our community, and that will always be a primary concern in this Covid world.

So with all that in mind, we wanted to let you know that we’ve decided to postpone the event to the new date of Thursday March 3, 2022.

We appreciate the summer months are going to be busy with many postponed tours and events, but we hope this will provide us with the best opportunity to celebrate the work of our members, and their amazing songs and waiata.
