APRA In Conversation w/ Sir Dave Dobbyn
This month, on Weds 19 August, APRA AMCOS Aotearoa are delighted to bring a very special event to Tāmaki: an evening of reflection, inspiration, and conversation with Sir Dave Dobbyn.
As APRA marks our centenary, it's only right we kōrero with the beloved icon who has written the soundtrack to so much of life in Aotearoa.
A true ‘songwriter’s songwriter’, in this special conversation Dave will share tales of his career, as well as the stories behind some of his favourite work. The evening will cover different phases of Dave's musical life, as well as topics like writer's block and artistic inspiration. We also welcome APRA members to submit suggested questions via the RSVP form.
